KIT CONTENTS:

• HEAT: OPTASE ® Moist Heat Mask -- HydroBead ® Technology releases a natural moist heat onto your eye lids. Reusable and washable, it tackles both the symptoms and the causes of dry eyes.
• CLEANSE: OPTASE ® TTO Lid Wipes -- A gentle and preservative free, Tea Tree Oil based lid wipe for daily eye lid hygiene.
• HYDRATE: OPTASE ® Dry Eye INTENSE Drops -- Unique Preservative free formulation for moderate to severe dry eye. Provides long-lasting relief from intense Dry Eye symptoms.
  

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Moist Heat Mask
• Microwave the mask for 25 seconds 
  
• Test the temperature with your finger 
  
• Place the mask over closed eyes and strap it on 
  
• Leave it on for 10 minutes 
  

• Lid Wipes
  
• Close your eyes 
  
• Gently wipe from the inner corner of your eye across your lashes 
  
• Use circular motions 
  
• Repeat on the other eye 
  

• Eye Drops
  
• Invert the bottle and place two fingers on the base 
  
• Place your thumb on the shoulder of the bottle 
  
• Pull down your lower eyelid 
  
• Position the bottle over your eye 
  
• Press the base to release one drop 
  
• Close your eye to allow the fluid to spread 
  
• Replace the cap 
  

• We recommend using the OPTASE® Moist
  Heat Mask for a 10-minute treatment, twice
  a day for the first 2 weeks, or as advised
  by your Eye Care Specialist. This can be
  reduced to once a day, and then 3-4 times
  a week as a maintenance therapy.
